The 10-Foot Rule

The bag surface is just 6" × 6" and gets seen from 27 feet away. Squint at your artwork — if the main element still reads, it'll look great on fabric. If the detail disappears, we'll simplify it with you before production.

Submit Your Design

Upload artwork, a logo, or just describe the idea — we'll help develop it from there.

Works great Bold graphics, team logos, solid color blocks, clean type, 2–4 color designs.
Let's talk first Fine detail under 2pt, photorealism, soft gradients, exact Pantone matches.
File types: AI, EPS, SVG preferred · high-res PNG or TIFF (300dpi+) accepted.

We Proof It

You'll get a digital mockup showing exactly how your design sits on the bag. Revisions included — no commitment until you approve.

Turnaround: 3–5 business days after submission.
This is where we flag anything that won't translate to fabric and suggest tweaks. No surprises once you approve.

Built to full regulation spec — regulation size, weight, and fabric construction — the same standards as every bag in our regular lineup. Let us know when you inquire if tournament compliance is a requirement for your order.
Vector files are ideal — AI, EPS, or SVG give us full resolution at any scale and the cleanest output on fabric. High-resolution PNG or TIFF (300dpi or higher at final print size) also works well. If you only have a JPEG or a lower-res file, send it anyway and we'll tell you honestly what we can do with it.
The minimum is 1 set (4 bags). You don't need to be ordering for a team to get custom bags — plenty of players just want something that's theirs. Sets start at $95, and pricing scales favorably as quantity increases — larger orders are significantly better value per set.
Yes. A single-set sample lets you approve the feel, print, and color accuracy before committing to a full run — and we recommend it for larger orders. The sample set is produced at full cost, and you cover shipping. It's not free, but it's the only way to know exactly what you're getting before we run the whole order. Ask about it when you inquire.
Standard custom production is 1–2 weeks from approved proof. Rush production is available for an additional fee — timelines depend on current queue, so contact us early if you have a hard deadline like a tournament date or wedding.
